Responsibilities

• Solve complex interaction problems and define the user experience of new features from initial ideas to production-ready designs
• Be the voice of the user and drive the UX decisions in a cross-functional team to ensure usability, consistency, and continuity across our product
• Demonstrate your ideas in tangible formats such as sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and UI Designs
• Iterate, see users fail to understand your concepts and learn from them
• Make use of user research and quantitative data to make informed decisions
• Participate and deliver on the day to day production of design solutions

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Digital Product Design
• Good UX knowledge (InformationArchitecture, Usability, Prototyping, Design process, etc) and sharp, up-to-date UI skills
• To be able to design autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and have experience working in agile and fast-paced surroundings
• A mind filled with beautiful, simple, innovative ideas and a high interest in solving complex product challenges
• Expert knowledge of Sketch, Invision or other relevant design tools

The QA candidate will be working with development teams based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. You will be part of the team which have been tasked with creating our offering for the desktop platform.

• Execution of tests (both manual and automated);
• Specification of test scenarios and test cases;
• Advocate for quality within agile development teams;
• Focus on delivering quality software and defending the customer/end-user perspective.

Responsibilities

• Report defects and work closely with other teammates to get them fixed;
• Communication with users reporting a problem and identifying the problems;
• Coach other team engineers on test best practices;
• Review of software requirements and technical specification documentation;
• Reading the bugs reported by users, identifying the problems, setting up steps to reproduce and documenting it.
